Getting a little lazy... but does anyone know if ENMD's IR/patent applications include the sulfamyolated analogues of 2ME2? As I recall there was a list of potential analogues which included a variety of substitutions at the -hydroxyl positions...

Notadoc, I spoke with the Entremed folks at the 2004 AGM about 2ME2 analogs being developed by Dr. Reed's and other labs. They were aware of these analogs, but did not feel that they offered any advantages over the analogs being developed in-house.
