If you search the US Patent and Trademark site you would see that several companys (some of them foreign) have already trademarked (or applied to trademark) the MediaMax name. Here is one example and it happens to be a foreign co.:

Quiet Tiger only applied for the trademark on February 15 of this year and the site says that the application has not yet been assigned to an examining attorney yet! The tm after the mediamax name in our press releases only denotes that they filed an application for a trademark, not that we have one, and it looks like several others have applied way before us.

Not attempting to scare shareholders, just posting information I come across while trying to find anything to substantiate the recent hype (*****pie) postings. Don't want to get suckered in again, like when we were all to expect Universal news. We all remember what a dud that ended up being. Thanks for looking into the website I posted. Just strange that typing MEDIAMAX into a search engine, brings up the dreaded Halderman debacle, and a whole bunch of non-Suncomm related sites.
