seems a bit fishy OGXI priced at 12 when it was in 14-16 range for a month,ignoring yesterdays pop to 17s,somebody got a sweet deal,i assume many shares were sold earlier and covered by offering

But what's in it for them? Their fees are constant (~%8 of $50M). If they created a position to bid the pps up, they lost some (say 15%) for doing so yesterday. Was this an under the table promise to the co in exchange for the fees (~$4M) and 30day options (~15%). Or is this a service spelled in the contract?
