I would argue against the "bad management". There lots of things that don't get publicized to be able to determined bad management.
If you think about it........there may have not been a way to run with the company w/o big debt. He may have had to show the ability to keep up with potential big distribution before he could nail down contracts.
Yet again....its the product. That is the biggest thing going with this stock.
Buy, Hold....and watch.
