I am sorry I think I asked this question before but I am still not sure on the answer.

So lets say everything is great, we sell, we make money and life is good.

What do I have to do on my end, after the settlement to collect my money. If all buying and selling is halted, how do we collect.

Will that money automatically be transferred into my account, do I need to send in and prove my purchase of shares and how many owned, what and how do we collect after this is all done..

Sorry I know I am an idiot. I have never been in this kind of situation with a stock..

No, I asked if there was a deadline on the judge to rule. Since we both have submitted a response, do we know when a judge will have to rule on Tmobile's request to vacate? I suspect if we win the right to continue our suit for infringement, that would increase the potential that Tmobile just goes ahead and makes a bid for CLYW. Hey, they have to do something with the billions they got from AT&T :)
