I fail to see where in you post you show how Hannover House is an "over"valued company... Thanks for stopping by though ;-)

You post has some points that are a bit of a concern.

"down is the long-term trend"

The down trend has been broken on this run. The chart you posted clearly shows that. I am not sure its possible to read it any other way.

The trend line broke once we exceeded 2.3 cents and was confirmed after we 2.46 cents.

The chart points to a slid and consolidation. As anyone that knows the market knows nothing goes up forever. You may want to give the stock a couple of days to see if a new down trend has begun but at the moment there is no confirmation of it. We are still above all supports.

I don't think we need a PR audit soon but rather the audit itself. Yesterday I pointed out what I expect with regards to the audit and I feel 2010 could still be a couple of months out. Fortunately there is a lot going on between now and then to allow for more interest to come into the stock.

"The OS is just too high....too many shares out there"

The OS is actually pretty under control in regards to pinks. Most are much higher. But than again share count and price are only as relevant as the fundamental picture of a company. If TDGI was doing 50m in sales would the OS be to big for it to exceed 3 cents. Of course not. The OS and float will lead to more periods of consolidation and a slower trend but mean nothing in the overall scheme of percentage profits or percentage losses for shareholders. We are currently priced with a market cap of 13.4m. One could make an argument that the market cap is too high but simply using an OS as a gauge is like throwing a dart at a dart board and saying this is the next price target. By itself it cannot indicate anything.
