Yes all shares will be reverse split...........but then what happens is they increase the A/S......... give shares to BOD and others for their "FREE" help...........then those people dilute or sell their shares once they become free trading shares(after their waiting period)...........this is how these stocks work.

The only way this investment can raise $$$$$ is through more dilution as they have ZERO assets............the dilution......it WILL happen.
This is how they make $$$$$ off the common shareholders..........like I stated before...........they only care about making bank for themselves and it is their jobs to feed everyone here with great hopes and lies so they can keep peoples interest in this failed piece of garbage.

Where is that stated in something official? Can you point me to it please...I probably missed it.
