Somehow I dont this the press is gonna touch this. It would be funny to see a reporter go into the sec office and for eighty five bucks steal a company and list the sec's address for his own....aint life grand?

All I have to say is that it is fun to read all the conjecture about legalities n stuff, but if I was holding millions of shares I would be calling those stock fraud lawyers for a free consult. It just may be we (all 270)shareholders file a class action n git our monies????

or, Megas could swap us real shares for the phony ones, and sell those shares to sacm at an arranged price. The proceeds from that sale would be in the coffers of the company (cash assets as in ru liquid LOL).

Not a legal mind, but thought I'd throw it at youz n see what comes back? If this is a dumb post, please remember my poor head this morning.
