Based on the email from MNVAP, it indicates that the narrative of Milestone #2 is complete. I wonder when Milestone #2 itself was actually completed. Looking at the latest report, if I assume that Milestone #2 was just completed, we are still approximately 13 months out from completion of all other milestones. Based on that and the history of set-backs and delays, I wouldn't get too excited about that project just yet.
