I think the delay is a big red flag. Perhaps Morey and Marchi aren't going quietly into that good night after all.

I think so too. But if the majority shareholder doesn't want to be the officer, then that would require them finding a new officer, voting him in, and then updating the NVSOS. But if the majority shareholder did want to be the officer, then I think it would've been done by now. So I'm thinking we'll be getting a new officer. One that won't scam us this time, and one that has been handpicked by the majority shareholder. Unlike Morey.
