ETrade has been notified by me of the cusip mixup. But carry on as the more the merrier is what CH wants - overload them with inquiries to do their job. Broker is looking for a corporate action from whoever is responsible for notifying them of cusip change. I thought I understood that to be FINRA once the cusip was assigned, but have no idea right now because no one seems to accept responsibility for sending the corporate action notification to the proper groups, ie. brokers, MMs, DTCC, SEC, whosoever, so they can make the cusip change.
