What exactly is the difference between "NOT BEING PAID" and "WORKING FOR FREE"?
Seems to me when someone says they are not getting paid I assume that means they are working for free as that is exactly what they are trying to portray to the public..............either that or someone is trying to pull a fast one and trying to make make people believe something that in fact is not true....................and coming from our ESHC I would expect nothing less than a fast one.
This BOD is a wolf in sheeps clothing folks...........expect many "FAST ONES" of mis-truths and twisted words from this group.......they are sly but they still LIE!!!!!

Will the many many millions of shares they get/have be subject to the reverse split like our common shares or will they be exempt?? Or maybe they'll get their shares after the reverse?
