The RS part has been changed. It was 1:3 to 1:5. Now is 1:3 to 1:10. Ofcourse this is all if needed.

What a surprise 10 to 1 now for the reverse split-things a little more negative again. Looks like he knows this may go close to 10 cents or even single digits asking for a 10 to 1 reverse split now. I assume he is thinking 10 to 1 will help him reach the $1 mark. But he may be asking for 20 to 1 if this drops to 5 cents. Seems like he has lost some control right now on needing to raise money/dilution and trying to get stock back above $1. Things a little out of control at the moment.
