Sorry, I missed your post yesterday. Yes, what you suggest could be the real reason that PHAR is moving. I happen to believe they failed to live up to terms of their lease or, as you opine, simply did not have the funds to continue. I never did believe the so called evidence that they had prepaid their lease.
At the end of the day, I don't suppose it matters why PHAR is moving. There is no evidence they were producing anything anyway, just like there is no evidence they even executed their much ballyhooed marketing tour or if they had any success. I do know it will take a lot more than some bogus PR for me to believe they raised any money. Big investors and venture capitalists do DD that puts most of us to shame. I am certain these potential investors would have quickly figured out to ignore the man behind the curtain (CEO Howard).
