have you been following this board's discussion about recent contact with the auditors?

also, the auditor's only china companies were hsyt and bfar. seems like they were cleaning house as of dec 2011.

apparently, its when the company, hsyt, found a new accountant, that the SEC notice of resignation needs to be filed.
