It is illegal if you're promoting it and you're manipulating the share price. Just because they haven't been caught doesn't mean they never will be. That's why people should trade cautiously.
I've been following them way before there was even an ihub cult following and guess what? It didn't (and still doesn't) matter whether someone here posts truthfully, cheers, bashes or otherwise so stop getting your tidy whitey's up in a bunch every time someone states the obvious.
