Some very obvious reason why longs won't buy right now:

1) Many brokers won't allow trades of RCCH, either buys or sells.

2) Most longs have bought all they want or need already. There are two longs who I know still make occasional purchases.

3) Most important: Would you?

They can't because there is a Global lock down and nobody can sell or buy.
