That's right. RFMK doesn't have any trademark for CannaCig. They've applied, but there's no guarantee they'll get it.

My point is that it will be very unlikely that we see any company product on shelves soon if a website can be so easily obtained an held using the cannacig name. Companies apply for copyright and trademark protection long before they go to market. It is the norm to do this during the R&D phase, way before production.
That website is like the canary in the mineshaft IMO. It suggests one big ruse.
