Ken who was a co-founder of Cornerstone used JVs as a model for financing exploration and with Vale and other attempts at JVs is continuing this with KATX.

By the way this release was after Ken left Cornerstone, but obviously the new management found Ken's JVs credible enough to continue with his model and to cite his accomplishments.
