TGGI's CEO Chris Clarke states, "Trans Global Group will re-visit the possibility of acquiring the waste remediation company later this year. Our current focus is on aiding VersaGreen Energy with their expansion into the government sector in Costa Rica. This makes the most sense financially moving forward at this time. I feel great about the direction of TGGI." VersaGreen Energy will be presenting proposals to the Costa Rican Government on LED and Renewable Energy Products prior to the end of the first quarter of this year.
