Related stories....high land prices look great ..and subsidies galore....but farming is a tough business and no way to control the weather, grain prices, or cost of inputs....mostly tied to oil prices.

I have not heard of a single treasure venture that has made money....could be possible then enter HOLLYWOOD ACCOUNTING that eats up all the profit before the split.
