Yup that is why I got out of rfmk, all 1M share position, I just laugh at another opinion indicating that this is rfmk equity!!!! If that was the case then why did RFMK dilute last month??

Mark, why do you keep claiming RFMK has $9 million in debt? you obviously don't understand the difference between "debt" and "accumulated deficit".. their debt is almost non-existent and their deficit is past losses already funded and has nothing to do with debt..
