Based on the function of well logging; how could Treaty PR that they struck oil with 100% accuracy if well logging wasn't completed first? I know a sample was taken but is it an industry standard to PR an oil strike based on a limestone sample and a geologists microscopic analysis? Or is a well only considered 100% verified after the wireline logging process?
Maybe I've been too harsh with my statements about the GOB disclaming some of the PR's. I'm confident there is oil there but was the claim of how much oil premature? Is that what the GOB was upset about because I might be as well (no pun intended).
