Wait for the next SIRG 8K that will detail the funding. As previously pointed out, a CD for a year would work fine except I don't know of any companies that issue CDs for over $5,000,000. We will soon know the details.

The Definitive Agreement shall be completed and executed on or before March 19, 2012 (the "Closing Date"), unless both parties agree to an extension not to exceed 10 days.
