That makes perfect sense, based on my earlier assumptions of annual gross net etc. Lets see if everything is paid off and they pocket 7 mill.. right off the bat that is what..7.5 cents per share? Not including what their merger deal is worth, share buyback and so forth. Might be off, doing quick math in my head! lol
