I realize that ERHC has no responsibility to report on the Pacific Scirocco but it is a significant event and they can't use the excuse of not having permission from SNP ! One would think that at least "one" of the minor players might at least be reporting on its location ?

It was the same deal with the Aban Abraham but like this "nothing" !
