PTSC must show some huge Q returns and they MUST start announcing settlement amounts to garner more interest in this stock.

If they do settle for huge bucks with the T3.......and by huge I mean at least 50 million to PTSC's half, then they can not only pay a .04 cent divy as earplug mentioned but they can invest the rest into a vehicle that will pay the shareholders continued dividends. Each new signing will be money in 'shareholders' pockets THIS time.
