I am sure at some point, EA or Victory will enter into an agreement to retire them, but not before Victory is paid very well for those shares.

RETIREMENT OF SHARES ISSUE

Folks, the retirement of the one billion shares owned by Victory Partners is a plausible scenario.

The reason is that Victory Partners is GUARANTEED $475,000 for those shares from Emperial Americas. EA owes the money to VP and VP will not be losing money if shares are retired. I wouldn't be surprised if this is already in an agreement somewhere to reduce outstanding shares to improve the overall value.

So you see, nobody would be throwing money away.
