My current guess at the final audit date

"The Company expects to finalize the audit within the next three months."

As the PR was Dated 8 Feb, the next month would be March, so count (1) March..... (2) April..... (3 )May.

So I see the wiggle room moved to the end of May (for now).

This is also from the PR:

"Once 2011 numbers are audited, our expectation is to submit the Form 10 quickly thereafter."

More wiggle room?
