usually I can't wait to read your posts for the scientific data. However, I have to tell you I am not sure where you are coming from right now because we can have all the great IP in the world but most of the posters on this board are going to be diluted into oblivion if we have to wait for the next big thing. By my calculation $150M shelf + the remaining $40M shelf = $190M/.65= 292M shares or about 75% of pphm leaving about 25% to existing shareholders.
I am curious as to how we are going to get to all that IP as so far management hasn't had an answer for raising money except to sell thru ATM. I know Avid revenues are increasing but we are a long way from covering the costs of pphm which means barring some type of deal (Cotara, Bavi, Imaging, gov't, etc) most of the board will not realize a whole lot even if we get there. Yes, I know it is a buying opportunity, however, if the management team isn't buying at these prices why should anyone else.
We need a deal and then maybe we can get all ecstatic about the next demension of Bavi. Before I start thinking about all the caviar I am going to be eating with the next generation of Bavi, I need to diges all the brussell sprouts I had to eat this week.
