First of all I understand the SEC and how it works very well. I also have extensive experience working with the SEC in Florida. My most recent involvement was with ATNP. Here is how that case resolved itself.

This is only an example of how the SEC police penny stocks like a hawk in Florida and they research all complaints. Doesn't cost the reporting party a penny. So if you feel like you want to vent, do so through the appropriate channels. Name calling to Kathy and others seems childish.
