Meetings were held on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with the merger partner's principals and lawyers, and a contract for the elements involved in the first stage of the going public process is expected by Wednesday or Thursday. My estimate of the likelihood of this going through is up to 90% at this point. All parties seem very committed to making this happen.
