MMTE is one of those securities that have a chilled service, likely DWAC. So TDA treats all securities the same, if they see in the system a chilled code for anything they refuse to allow opening transactions. There is no exit from CNS and T4T designation on MMTE, it is simply a denial of service for whatever reason that is not publicly disclosed as you said Mikey.
