You have the wrong Victory Partners. The one you linked was founded in 2003. Bruce has ties to another entity with the same name that dates back to the last century.......FYI.

Todd founded WP Capital Partners, LP, the predecessor firm of Victory Partners, LLC in 2003 and is the Managing Partner of Royal Ascot Partners, LLC, an affiliated buy-out firm with close ties to Hickman Investments (a Ft. Worth, Texas Family office).

Maybe Bruce will be out the door soon. He and his VP team appears to have screwed this up for everyone, though I think EA is starting to move forward regardless. I think VP can sell their shares next month so maybe the door won't hit them in the rear on the way out.
