Call customer service and try to talk to the manager. They might have to place the sell order by phone and the manager will wave the fee. This happen to me with Zecco. I can't sell my shares. I call customer services and try to speak nicely with the manager. He place the order by phone and wave $700 for me. Just try to talk nicely with the manager.
