Once again...where is YOUR evidence they aren't struggling to keep the lights on? If you want "concrete evidence" it should be proven on both sides of the coin. IMO BTW "keeping the lights on" is really just a phrase often used to say they are struggling to pay monthly bills. Pretty simple.
