How is it you always conveniently forget that $6 million in NIR money went to DLAD and not HLNT? Funny, HLNT got a piece of worthless software in change for those notes, software which DLAD then sold again to a second company. But that's all legitimate transactions right?
How about HLNT just gives the DLAD software to NIR and then they're even. After all for the note transfer to have been contractually binding then the consideration must have been valued correctly, right?
