10k and share buyback (extension or cancellation) will be announced in the next couple weeks. I don't expect good news on either front.

Thus, unlike you and Lob, I expect the PPS to drop as they try to raise capital to get through a summer submission. Maybe .06. I'm not so quick to buy. That's long time away in my opinion.
