Morning bucks and all,

My understanding is that NO restricted shares were part of the split. Only the 702mil. In the o/s. Which would also include Asher's and Lev's.... I would imagine.

I have also emailed Fann on the "QX" and if there will be a name or ticker change as part of the split. No reply either.

No concerns with the sp until ALL of the pieces are put together. I really wonder if we don't see merger news/filings until the "d" is gone ....15 more days.
