that's why you have to closely examine the numbers... numbers don't lie and you have to read EVERYTHING cover to cover. I honestly think mgmt saw the PPS creeping and got nervous that Comerica would change their mind if the PPS got too high so mgmt specifically called it out in the 10q. That is why IMO accounting officer left. He felt bad that it had to come to that but it was for the betterment of the company.
think about it... no one gets much of anything in bk.... private and public companies don't want to take on 40 mill of debt. So what is the only option left? a Refinance .... everyone has the potential to win.... comerica will get most of the profitability and cash flow in the future and jana and vicis will get stock. everyone wins and we are all happy. feel bad for the investors that left. Wish us all lots of $$$$ in the future.
