They're all owned by the same people but just have different admins.

Titan sent out alerts and then LATER same identical alert was sent out by APS.

APS has one owner on their website and a different owner on their disclaimers.

I wouldn't pay any attention to ownerships nor compensations as they're probably all incorrect. $50k is probably what the admins are paid and not the people actually running the show.
