Trying to find out what's going on with this stock and found this line of chat. I emailed the new President and this is what I was told.....Please tell me your thoughts....

Yes we have signed a contract which enables our company, Oxygen Orchard, Inc. to reverse merge into IDCN and the paperwork is underway now.

You, as a shareholder of IDCN stock, will still maintain ownership even though the business of the "company" will be dramaticaly different. Our company, as you may already know, manufactures and markets small electric devices that oxygenate drinking water.

You'll see some press releases issued soon that will describe more in detail our science and technology. However, if you have any other questions or comments, please don't hesitate to email or call me.
