geof65, LOL, that is just a lawyers opinion, it is not law, and his position has not been argued in court, and, as Ive pointed out many times, of all of the lawyers who have ever taken a case all the way to trial, 50% lost on their argument, and as we can see, profit producing dispensaries are still being shut down in California by the locals and the Feds, and the Fed Attorney has stated very clearly that they are targeting profiteers taking advantage of the Medical Marijuana situation.
