I believe the first option will happen.

Our company's future ideas / patents are of great value not just the current patents. Keeping key employees, or having as long a transitional / consulting phase from existing employees as possible would be of paramount importance.

For example they have mentioned in PRs that they are planning ways of expanding beyond powder form of Al. E.g. solid Al, and other elements besides Al.

"PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire -12/09/11)- Early production stage hydrogen generation company AlumiFuel Power, Inc. ("API"), the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based wholly owned operating subsidiary of AlumiFuel Power Corporation (OTC.BB: AFPW.OB - News) (the "Company"), announced today it is in the process of broadening the Company's Intellectual Property (IP) portfolio to include numerous aluminum- and non aluminum-related hydrogen storage/generation technologies."

Also from Jan 13th of this year...

insert-text-here

"API and Ingenium have already built a hydrogen generator capable of powering a 200W fuel cell. The system uses a modified PBIS-1000 canister with a different powder chemistry"

But we really need to get some income to stop the debt accumulation, and the accompanying dilution of shares.

No. 2

That happens all too often.
