Quite doubtful indeed. There has been a steady rise in PPS the past six months. You saying it is not happening does not make it not happen. PPS has been on the upswing for a reason. The fact that it is inching up does not surprise me at all. EEGC is not alone in this quest. If they were, I would be more skeptical, but outside sources confirm the reason that PPS is mirroring the rise in price of oil. Oil will be drilled, coal will be mined!
