I glow if insiders own 90% of the shares OS as you say then the float is small only 10% of the OS. Consider those 90% of shares locked up restricted not available to trade. Smaller float means any increase in buying pressure drives the stock price up higher.

"insiders own 90% of the stock. At one time they owned 121 out of 135 million shares." (thats 14 million float)

Would you prefer that the float be a full 135 million as opposed to 14 million. If you answer yes I'd say your a moron
