LOL, NO, I dont know the app, own a cell phone, nor own shares of OPMG, but neither is a prerequisite for being a MOD here on this board. Glad you like the I-BOX though! Thanks

GCRC, I'm ashamed...you're a mod and have done a wonderful job filling the Ibox with relevant material about the company and you don't know what the app does?...for shame..lol.
Yes, it disables the phone while in motion. Calls and/or texts.

The Honda crotch rocket rider was traveling at approximately 85 mph.
The VW driver was talking on a cell phone when she pulled out from a side street, apparently not seeing the motorcycle. The rider's reaction time was not sufficient enough to avoid this accident.

The car had two passengers and the bike rider was found INSIDE the car with them.
The Volkswagen actually flipped over from the force of impact and landed 20 feet from where the collision took place.

All three involved (two in the car and the bike rider) were killed instantly. This graphic demonstration was placed at the Motorcycle Fair by the Police and Road Safety Department..

Pass this on to car drivers or soon to be new drivers, or new motorcycle owners and especially everyone you know who has a MOBILE phone!!!

Hi GCRC re PhoneGuard: if the call is initiated or answered with a Bluetooth hands free set then PhoneGuard will allow the call. Keep in mind all communications have to be initiated and answered on the Bluetooth end as PG will not allow this to be done on the phone.

If things have changed in recent days/weeks then it is new. I do own and use PhineGuard but I find it easier to just put the phone down until I arrive at my destination.
