Yes, but it's getting harder for the flippers to keep it down. If you do a little research, just on this board, you'll see that it's been explained that someone (MM) is shorting this and keeping it down b\c they have oversold themselves at a higher price.

This is what MM's do. This is their job to keep their clients happy. MM's have to try to beat the ask for their clients, so when one calls in asking for 10k shares a point below the ask, b\c they already took the order the MM has to cover that and sell them the shares or lose the call to another MM that will. If them MM doesn't have the shares he will still sell them on paper, causing himself to be short. He will then intentionally drive the price down in order to cover that purchase.

But what's happening here is that there are starting to be too many longs for them to be able to keep doing it. This is going to run and they are either going to make it on the way up or get burned at some point.
