Can legal action be taken against this company for what has transpired and the unusual RUN that took place 1 - 2 years ago all the way up to around $0.009 or so and then drop back to $0.0001 roughly?

I mean seriously, under the assumption that something took place that should not have?

I'm just curious...probably wouldn't be worth the expense, but, what a learning experience this was.
