How is going from 80% controlling interest in this stock to 91% controlling interest in this stock and a reverse split dilution?

With all of this discussion about the financing end of the business, it appears that the discussion has strayed from the business end of the business.

Would you care to comment on the current shift to OTT technology by the first tier and secondary tier distribution providers, and whether the large digital server farm operated by Telvue has any credible competition? I note that Windstream communications, within the last couple of days has rolled out their own OTT offering, and has based it around Roku, which is a service which is right down the middle of Telvue's alley.

With Windstream, the fourth largest enterprise focused telecom provider in the country moving to an OTT based video distribution scheme to undercut the traditional cable providers, would you think that those providers of digital OTT and VOD services, like Telvue would be in an advantageous position at the present time?
